How do I rent equipment?

Browse available gear on our platform, check availability, and place your booking online. You can also call us or WhatsApp us for assistance.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, you’ll need to create an account on our rental platform to place and manage bookings. If you need assistance, we can help you create one at our store.

What are the requirements for first-time clients?

First-time clients are required to visit our store in person with original identification documents for verification.You may still place a booking in advance. A deposit is required to secure and reserve the equipment before collection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during booking.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the rental cost of the equipment.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is not available for first-time clients. All first rentals must be picked up in person.

What happens if I return equipment late?

Late returns will attract additional daily charges.

What happens if equipment is damaged?

All equipment is inspected upon return. Any damage or loss will be assessed and charged accordingly, including repair or replacement where necessary.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations should be made at least 2 days in advance. Late cancellations may attract a charge of up to 50% of the booking fee.
